Vagabond SS13: The Vivid Collection
Bei den German Press Days konnten wir uns bereits einen ersten flüchtigen, aber durchaus positiven Eindruck der neuen Vagabond Kollektion verschaffen. Nun haben wir die Bilder erhalten und schauen uns die sommerlichen Schuhe noch mal ganz in Ruhe, und mit einem wärmenden Tasse Tee in der Hand, an.
Es ist gar nicht so leicht, sich mit dem herbstlichen Schmuddelwetter da draußen anzufreunden oder zumindest abzufinden, wenn ständig neue, coole Sommerkollektionen ins Haus schneien. Dann driftet man viel schneller in eine wohltemperierte Traumwelt ab, als man Gummistiefel sagen kann. Für ein paar Minuten geben wir uns also wieder einmal der Versuchung hin und suchen uns schon mal das passende Schuhwerk für die in ferner Zukunft liegenden, bodenfrostfreien Tage aus.
Die Vivid Collection ist im Prinzip genau so, wie man es bei der Namensgebung auch schon erwartet: lebhaft. Allein bei der Farbwahl wurde auf Gute Laune gesetzt. Mintfarbene Lackloafer, violett-schwarz gemusterte Slipper und Slingbacks mit türkisen Zehenkappen runden fröhliche Outfits perfekt ab. Aber auch die farblich zurückhaltenderen Exemplare können sich sehen lassen. Schnürer mit Cut-Outs und Glattlederplateaus mit Lackspitze lassen sich zu fast jeder Klamotte kombinieren. Allerhand Trends kann man in der Kollektion auch wieder entdecken. Troddeln, Leder in Metalloptik, Akzente in Neon und Plateau sind dafür nur einige Beispiele.
Wie ihr seht, ist die Galerie heute etwas umfangreicher geworden als sonst, was schlicht und einfach daran liegt, dass wir irgendwann einfach nichts mehr aussortieren konnten. Seht ihr das genauso oder gehören einige Modelle eurer Meinung nach nicht in unsere Best Of - Liste?

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod's. It works well, but isn't as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that's not an issue, but if you're planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod's larger screen and better browser may be important.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it'll do even better in those areas, but for now it's a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod's strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
