Vibram Fivefinger - für jeden Zeh ein Loch
Socken mit fünf Zehen fand ich bisher immer sehr unbequem. Man ist nicht richtig rein gekommen. Dann haben sie gejuckt. Dann haben sie gezwickt. Schnell stand für mich fest, dass diese Socken nicht meine Lieblinge werden, auch wenn sie sehr putzig aussehen können. Die Firma Vibram stellt das Gleiche her - nur für den gesamten Fuß und für den Straßengebrauch. So richtig schick sehen sie nicht aus, aber funktional sind sie.
Die Hersteller suggerieren, dass das Tragen der Fivefingers dem Barfuß laufen sehr nah kommt. Die Muskulatur wird wieder gestärkt, die Verletzungsgefahr nimmt ab, die Füße können wieder besser atmen. Hört sich eigentlich gut an. Fuß wie auch Zehen sollen extrem beweglich sein und der Fuß an sich wird wieder leistungsfähiger, da man in endlich wieder herausgefordert wird, sich richtig zu bewegen.
An sich eine gute Sache - aber so wirklich gut sehen sie nicht aus und wenn der Tragekomfort ähnlich der Socken ist, dann sind die Schuhe eh nach einer Stunde wieder aus. Ein Versuch wäre es aber wert. Denn seinen Füßen einmal was Gutes zu tun ist nie verkehrt. Da kommt es aufs Design nicht an.
